Urban Peace Movement

Urban Peace Movement aims to transform both the mindset and the culture of violence in our cities. They look to shift urban youth culture away from violence and fear and toward hope and empowerment; match the most difficult to serve young people with the new opportunities that are developing for them; and give Oakland’s young people the courage to dream big and the will to live out their dreams. http://urbanpeacemovement.org/
