Each work is exhibited with text that refers to an incident involving gun violence in NY. The combined impact of the work and text creates an atmosphere of contemplative tension. The viewer is forced to Consider Harm.
Pamela Flynn is a mixed media artist who deals with social and cultural issues in her work. She is a recipient of the 2006 Puffin Foundation Grant for her work. Road Shrines: A Peripheral Blur.
