Peace Week in Crown Heights |

Next week is Crown Height's annual Peace Week, presented by our partners at Crown Heights Community Mediation Center. If you attend Sunday worship services throughout the neighborhood, you'll be a part of a special service dedicated to spreading a message of non-violence. Youth leaders in the area will create art with a message of peace. There will be a virtual peace day, where all social media for 24 hours will be dedicated to peaceful speech. CHCMC will host a march on October 20th and on the 21st they will host a free screening of The Interrupters for the neighborhood.

Crown Heights has seen a 60% decrease in shootings since CHCMC began their CeaseFire work, and it's time to celebrate this huge accomplishment alongside them!
