Steve Jenkins, age 21, is a hip-hop DJ and aspiring filmmaker. As an African American male he is curious and concerned that young African-American males have the highest homicide rate in the city of Milwaukee. Informed by his own previous street life, he examines what is occurring in his community to try to isolate the causes of and solutions to gun violence.
